The Parish Council is responsible for:​
​​
-
the upkeep of the Pond, Wildlife Meadow and Flagpole Garden (next to the Church)
-
bus shelter
-
the two seats in the Flagpole Garden and the picnic bench by the pond
-
maintenance of the Village Sign and noticeboards
-
the telephone kiosk next to the Church housing our Defibrillator and Cabinet
-
support for village events

Welcome to Plumstead Village
​
The Parish Council comprises 5 members, elected every 4 years. All Councillors live in Plumstead and represent the village on various matters.
The Council meets at 6.30 pm every three months and the public are very welcome to attend our meetings.
